Several Shades Of Why is the debut solo studio album by American musician J Mascis, released on March 15, 2011 through Sub Pop Records. The album was produced by J Mascis and mixed by John Agnello. It was recorded and mixed at Bisquiteen in Amherst, Massachusetts in 2010 and mastered by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound, New York.
